I started HappyCX after years of frustration hiring virtual assistants from platforms like Upwork and Fiverr for my own business. For over 15 years, I struggled to find reliable, skilled assistants who could consistently meet my needs.

To solve this problem, I established a call center in the Philippines, where every agent is vetted and trained to deliver exceptional service. HappyCX was born from this experience, with the goal of providing businesses with trustworthy, skilled virtual assistants they can rely on.
