We employ a multi-step sourcing and screening process to secure top remote workers. Applicants are sourced through open calls, employee referrals, and job sites in our target labor markets. From this broad pool, only about 5% make it to the final candidate pool for remote staffing.

We recruit top candidates from the Philippines who work from our in-house office, each with a dedicated office space.

You can hire as many assistants as your resources allow. We can source as many as you need. However, depending on the size of the team you're building and the roles involved, the process may take additional time.

Our training program consists of three key components: a multi-day executive assistant training course, culminating in a mandatory formal assessment; a library of self-paced courses; and hands-on experience in a remote position.
